OUR STORY
Good things take time.
In 2021, Papa Noodle began its preparation journey, inspired by Lanzhou food culture and Northwest Chinese flavours.
After two years of preparation, we officially opened in central London in July 2023. Today, we continue sharing Lanzhou-style noodles and the simple pleasure of a warm meal in good company.

The traditional Lanzhou beef noodle colour principle brings together clear broth, white radish, red chilli oil, green coriander or scallion, and yellow-bright noodles.
It is a beautiful way to understand the balance and care in Lanzhou noodle culture, and an inspiration for our story.
